Is the Wix monthly website hosting fee included in this offer?
Yes, your Wix monthly website hosting fees (for a basic premium plan) is included in our Wix website design and essential SEO package. Your website will be connected to a basic premium plan as part of our wix design and SEO plan. You do not need to worry about any extra costs or charges for the month-to-month hosting of your website.
What if my wix website requires additional features or functionality?

This means we can help you with custom functionality as well as expert level support and assistance with Wix and all the available features within the platform. Contact our team to discuss any additional features you require.
I'm not located in Australia, can I still sign-up to the Wix package deal?
Absolutely! While we are an Australian-based Wix Design Agency and SEO experts, our team has worked with clients from all over the world, including USA, Canada, Spain, New Zealand and much more. You'll be billed in AUD and welcome to signup to any of our Wix website design package deals.
Can I customise a wix design package deal with Pond Splash?
Yes, our team can work with you to build the right package for you. We can customise the right Wix website design package, with any features you need including advanced Wix SEO services. What if I want to cancel before 12 months?
You can cancel anytime, however you must payout the remaining costs of your instalments for the website design and SEO package. Please read the conditions of this offer for more details on the minimum costs or speak with our team for more information.
Do you offer ongoing support and website maintenance?
We're always here to help, and the good news is Wix also offers an abundance of support - so you don't need to worry. If something breaks or if you want a new feature or page, just let us know and we can discuss your options.
What if I am not happy with the design of the new website?
That's okay! We offer three rounds of changes before final acceptance, so you can request changes and updates to your taste and branding. Our team will also discuss things like colour theme's, visuals, look/feel of the site and will consider your logo before commencing any design work.
Do I get ownership of the Wix website?
For the first 12-months, and while on instalments the website ownership remains with Pond Splash. Once you have paid your final instalment, and cleared any outstanding payments due, we will transfer ownership of the website to you and you are no longer obligated to pay Pond Splash any further fees.
What happens after I complete my 12-monthly instalment payments?
Once you have completed your instalment payments, and subject to no outstanding payments remaining, our team will prepare to transfer the site ownership to you. No further charges will apply. Alternatively, if you are happy for us to continue to maintain your website then we are happy to do so at a lower, reduced monthly fee (including your hosting plan). It's your choice!

*Conditions, terms and fees apply. This package includes a website design on Wix platform with essential SEO settings, including connecting to Google and establishing a connection to your nominated domain URL. Website hosting fees for a basic premium plan are included in the monthly instalments. The establishment fee must be paid during sign-up to claim this offer. The minimum term is twelve 12-months. You will be billed 12 consecutive monthly payments of $175.00 AUD Inclusive of GST for the standard Wix Website Design and Essential SEO Package as shown. The minimum total cost of this package, including the establishment fee is $2,595.00 AUD Inclusive of GST. You can cancel anytime by paying the remaining instalments of your website design package. If you miss a payment or a payment declines, an administration fee of $20.00 AUD will apply. Invoices overdue by 30-days are subject to collections process. Site ownership remains with Pond Splash Pty Ltd until the final monthly payment is received, and, subject to all outstanding payments being made and cleared.
